What is the minimum order?
We have no minimum order. You can order from a single hat to the amount you want.
How can I place the order?
A- You can buy through our online store the products and promotions available there.
B- For the rest of the products, please contact us by e-mail email@example.com. We have more hats on the catalog, special designs and other packs that are not in the online store.
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others unless you have consented to us making your name and address available to carefully vetted companies.
Are there discounts for quantity?
For groups we recommend our promotions that include a variety of models of hats.
Can I choose the models I want?
If you want to select the models there are no problems, we make a personalized quote.
Are there more colors or patterns?
Our hats are handmade, so we have a wide variety of colors, accessories and prints, there is none equal to the other, the web are just a sample.
How long is your shipping and processing time?
Most orders ship same day or the day after and can take 4 to 7 business days to receive.
For special orders: The delivery times depend on the amount of the special hats and season, do not hesitate to consult us in each case in particular.
For us it is very important that you indicate the date in which you need the hats, to be able to organize your order and its delivery on time.
How is the delivery?
We send the order by courier, to the address that you indicate us.
How is the pay form?
A- For the on-line store in payment it is with PayPal (credit card).
B- For others orders. The different payment options are the following:
- a) Deposit or transfer of 50% of the order, to our account and then the day before the shipment, deposit or transfer the rest, sending by mail the proof of payment.
- b) Make a deposit or transfer of the total order.
How do I make a return?
Repackage your item(s) with your invoice number and reason for return and ship your package back to -
